This HIIT total body workout hits your upper and lower body as well as your cardiovascular fitness. We use strength and endurance exercises off the bike and nine different 'roads' of various intensity to make sure you're always engaged.

This yoga-influenced session is designed to improve overall fitness and help participants realise that balance and focus in life is key.
JUST CYCLING - TOUR - TRAVERSE
Spin, spinning, RPM, indoor cycling – no matter what you call it, this is the number one way to increase your fitness level. This is a 45-minute class involving hills, surges, and sprints to make sure you never get bored. Whilst Tour classes have you cruising the beautiful streets of somewhere in the world while avoiding the road rules! Our Traverse classes takes you on a virtual tour of the world with hills, surges, and sprints. Where are you off to today?
FUNCTIONAL THRESHOLD POWER (FTP)
This class is a great way to get acquainted with Just Cycling classes. Learn about bike set up, cycling techniques, personal fitness testing, and get an introduction to the exercises.
Blitz is a 30-minute version of our classes. Same intense workout, but in just 30 minutes.
Every week we have ‘Make-mates Monday’ bring your buddy along for a class of their choice and help them help you smash all your fitness goals!
Every Friday is for friends where you can bring a family member or friend along for a one off butt kicking session at your side!
Who? A select number of clansmen from every club will be called on to battle
