Our head office team will also provide ongoing training and staff development to allow each franchise to flourish.
Learning the ropes
The thought of starting a new business can be daunting. The Cadence head office team will be there for you every step of the way. We will conduct hands-on training, real-life in-gym sessions and scripting to perfect your sales messaging and strategies.
In the months before you open, we will prepare you and your team for a smooth launch period. You will be invited to participate in two comprehensive Cadence College training sessions, delivered on location or at one of our existing clubs. Sessions will include instructor training, systems training, technology training and operations and processes.
Once your gym is open, we will continue to help you grow through regional and local training sessions. You will be invited to quarterly training seminars, hosted by our sales superstars, health and safety experts, expert trainers, national managers and selected guest speakers.
